    i am . . . . . . . .
  • Hey everyone - I have 3 sets of tickets (2 free adults plus 2 child entrys for £9.50) I would love to swap for ideally the 17th September as it's my son's birthday, but I would accept the 16th or 18th of September.
They are for the 16th May (Saturday)
    1st July (Wednesday)
and finally the 11th October (Sunday)

Please pm me if you can swap, as I'm gutted that every single one of these dates I'm either away on holiday or can't get the time off work.
    Thank-you in advance :-)

Tickets will be allocated for one specific day and date from a date band. They cannot be exchanged or used on any other day or date under any circumstance. Any ticket used on dates other than specified will not be accepted

Alton Towers decides which prefernce band you get out of the 5 you select

Then Alton Towers chooses which day you go on from the band you get allocated
    • if it rains on that day - tough
    • if you want to go with friends on that day (as even if they get the same band, chances are they will get a different date) - tough
    • if you are free only on a weekend and get a weekday - tough
    • if you are a parent who can only get childcare provision on certain days - tough
    Granted a good offer,
BUT NOT MUCH FLEXIBILITY IS THERE?!

I think i shall stick to a 2-for-1 deal, go with who i want, when i want, on the day i want to!

anyone else feel the same . . .

its free tickets you cant really complain about it can you beacuse they are free!
Why should they be flexable if they are giving your FREE tickets!!!!!
Thanks every1 for making this website what it is, its helped me alot in the past!

I agree with you on this one. I didn't end up with any dates I could make (sent 3 lots to 3 seperate addresses) but luckily I've managed to swap them (fingers crossed) so I can get a date I can make. Its like the Sun holidays. They give you a range of dates and you hope for the best. I do think the date ranges were a little wide for this promotion and wish they had asked what days are best type thing but the logistics might have been too much for this.

  • Hi everyone

Just a reminder, please don't exchange personal details with strangers on here. I'm sure you're all lovely people but you don't know each other on here and you can't always be sure the person you're exchanging details with is who they say they are.

We really wouldn't want to hear of our site users getting burgled or having their identities stolen because they'd provided all the information needed on the forum.

    Take care

    Andrea :)

I have a pair of adult tickets & pair of child tickets for Sunday 14th June.

Unfortunately, this date is no good for us, so we'd like to swap for a similar set of tickets (2 adults & 2 kids) for any other Saturday or Sunday in May, June, July or August or September or October ...

PM me if you want to swap
