Unfortunately, this date is no good for us, so we'd like to swap for a similar set of tickets (2 adults & 2 kids) for any other Saturday or Sunday in June, July or August ...

I have 2 adult tickets (plus the 2 £9.50 kids tickets) for Monday 11th May sadly no good for us. Would ideally like to swap for a Saturday in May /June/ July/ August /September. (not 27th June- 3 July) May be able to consider some Fridays too. Thanks for reading.

Got mine today, choices were G, L, H, B, F and they had circled G our first choice which was looking good school holidays and weve had two weeks off from work. Inside tickets were for 19 May band D not even one of our choices. So much for bonus tokens and sending them in first!

I asked for school hols or weekends and got Friday 22nd May :S Oh well, one day off school hols- unfortunately I can't go as I am in work then. Just noticed that this falls in band D which isn't even one of my choices!! Have rattled off a complaint email. Anyone know the best way for getting rid of these? Do they check the name allocated to the ticket?
