Newbury for me, forms and cash were handed over last Thursday so I'm hoping it'll be quick(ish).

Quick question for anyone in this club (so I don't fill the main forum), post BR if we're falsed to sell our house which I think we will be (£10k+ equity), if we stop paying the mortgage to save for a rental deposit would this debt be included in the BR or not?

I see the judge for 5 minutes at 2pm so you will probably beat me to it :) Apparently the whole thing from start (seeing judge) to finish (clerk typing my order out and handing it to me) will be no longer than an hour so hopefully it won't be the 5+ hours you had YM :)

Oh and stop paying your mortgage if you are sure you are happy to surrender the house - it will be covered in the BR if the OR takes over your house.

  • Hi wondered if any of you had some advice - trying to fill in form 6.27

i live with my parents - both retired but I am confused as to what to put for total household income? do I need to work out the income of both my parents and then add mine?

also its asks me about tax per month but i am newly self employed and don't know what this will be yet. do i need to estimate or can i just put "self employed" ?
