Removing sold signs

I noticed whilst playing with that new plug in for houseprices.co.uk that a property near me sold in October... the sold board is still up though...
It's a bit naughty - and might well not be their only one they've got round here ...
Would you snitch them up? (Or have I just got my "hate EAs" head on?)

Dont know wether id snitch them up, probably as EA's deserve to be caught out every now and then, but wouldnt you just remove it yourself? I would if it had been up that long and if the EA's kept putting it off, id take it down and drop it off right on their desk!I am NOT a mortgage adviser, or anything else!Infact, Im not an anything advisor and really dont know what im on about!0

Is it illegal?
Perhaps you have too much time on your hands?Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0 -
It's halfway up a house...0

EAs' boards are often put up by signboard makers. In my experience EAs rarely remove or arrange to have removed SOLD boards even when they're told about them.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

It's the EA who buys houses though so I'd imagine he'd be quite happy with it...
Not that I know it's him who's bought it - but it wouldn't surprise me.
It's def sold as the figures show on the land registry0 -
ignore it - maybe its taking a very long time to complete.... im sure once the new owners move in they would want it taken down!0

The house next door to me sold in November and the new owners only took the sold sign down last week!0
