Just caught up, HUGE congrats to both Pigpen and SarahS :D I am in awe of you both. Been years since I had a proper interview. In fact when I had the interview for the bank all those years ago I said 'Why should I work for you, what have you got to offer me?'!!!!!!!!!!! Bearing in mind I was 18 at the time :rotfl:

Right speaking of work I am going to help out at the local branch tomorrow so had better get to bed.

    Night all xx

Piggers - well done on getting full funding - you should be very proud of yourself
3tabbys - I'll let you know when I hear anything about the cat
SarahS - well done you too for getting the job.

Emily - I'm fine thanks. I wash my duvet and pillows (the cover and pillow cases and bottom sheet get washed weekly) perhaps once a quarter unless they need an emergency wash in between because spills or something. Main curtains tend to get done twice a year. I usually wait for a nice warm blowy day in spring or autumn. Net curtains are done about 3 times a year. You can leave turning your mattress until you next change your bedding. It doesn't have to be done EVERY time. When I got my new mattress they recommended turning once a month for the first 6 months.

We have slush and rain here this morning but listening to the radio, there's bad snow inland. Already heard that one road to work is only just passable and that no-one can get in or out of Weymouth. I shall try to get into work - I shall see how far I get!

I'll not do Pigger's today list because I do my bedding at the weekend. Instead I'll do this blooming proposal.

Have a lovely, safe day ladies and gents. Be careful out there...

DH did go to work in the end, but uncooperative baby meant I didn't get much done except my dailys. Busy day today too, so I doubt I will manage much today either. And baby has been up since 5:30, so we could really do with a nap later too!

At least I did most of the bathroom list alredy so maybe I can catch up while the rest of you are doing that.

    Morning All

Hope everyone's well and happy today. Thank you so much for all my congratulations and well dones!!! I am feeling very proud of myself.
Pmsl at AnW'sMum interview techniques. Wish I'd have thought of that! :rotfl:
I've got a meeting at school today to discuss delivering some training to the children about DD3's special needs. I'm so pleased, some of the children react badly to her, but I think they just need to have her issues explained so they don't need to be worried about some of her 'odd behaviour'

Pigpen did you want to bring the bin bags of wool to me.... or would you like to meet somewhere to do a wool exchange!!

Ok off to get ready for the day. See you later for some flying!
