Morning everyone. I'm on my second cup of tea. Don't quite know what I'll do today. My knees and hips are playing up bigtime - think we've some dodgy weather on the way again.

I should, really, tackle the paperwork...

W came and jumped all over me at some unearthly hour, I kept my eyes shut and he eventually went away :rotfl:

It's Jim Jam Sunday today! The kids are being sponsored to go to Sunday School in their PJs with a fave teddy to raise money for the Childrens Corner, Sunday School and Turn on the Tap. I seem to have spent a fortune on sponsorship of one thing or another plus school trips and of course Red Nose day coming up so shan't be able to put much down for today. I'll have to see if I can twist Nanan and Grandad into putting a pound on for them.

After that they have homework this afternoon and I am hoping we can get some tidying done although I did say they might be able to do some baking.

Better go or I will be going in my PJs :eek: have a good day one and all xx

Morning all, have just been catching up on the thread - some of you seem to have had a lot of awful things happen this week so hugs to anyone in need.
I didn't have much time this week as worked all week (owed a day from the snow), usually work 4 days, so had to cram it all in. Managed to do to level 2 everyday though so pleased with that. Got up at 5am fri and did all the washing, made a leek and potato soup and some toffee and banana muffins. Was exhausted. When I got in from work the dog had jumped on the surface (they were 3" back - honestly), and eaten EVERY muffin - including the paper cases!!! I was so annoyed - especially when later she kept being sick. What amazes me is she is 14, can hardly walk and yet the lure of the muffins turned her into a puppy - wish I'd had a hidden camera in the kitchen.
Today I need to finish the ironing - my sons school shirts, I'm going to declutter my wardrobe, inventory my stock pile of food in the garage and then head off to the bowling alley for my sons birthday (he's 11 tomorrow) and then Frankie & Bennies for tea. Hope you all have a nice day! See you tomorrow and back on the flying bandwagon. I've only been doing it a couple of weeks but am (sadly) getting so much satisfaction from being encouraged to get more organized, I'm certainly feeling less stressed and grumpy now that I'm "starting" to get in control of my clutter.

Its still wild and wintry here - its blowing a blizzard at the mo!

welldone to all the newbies that are seeing progress even if its just a tiny bit - it really does get easier the more often you do things no matter how little they are!
dusty hope you find Nan more settled today.

I have taken my sunday tablet so now waiting til I can have breakfast - distracting myself on here as I am hungry!!
Will get my sunday jobs done and then .......................
not sure might do some ebay - the place looks reasonable since i had to tidy up for NOF yesterday so may try and get some bits on to start moving the ebay mountain or I could tackle the things I need to do in the hall cupboard - or maybe a bit of bothLOL!!!
Must go find something to donate for today.

Morning Toots how long do you have to wait until your breakfast?

I have cleared the kitchen hotspot - hurrah! Well at least the paperwork one. There is another one of a box full of bits and bobs but that can wait for another day.

Kids all gone to football so I'm going to have my shower and S&S the bathroom/loo.

Bed stripped and in the machine.

Spoken to Nan and she is ok, I said I'll pop in at lunchtime to do her some lunch - in the new microwave so we'll see how that goes.

Hoping to get an hour in the garden later too.

have donated my Lent item for today and working on finding 5 more things for charity that was on pigpen's list this week.

Morning all just catching up with the thread, hugs to all that need them and best wishes to anyone with an upcoming birthday (sorry my grasp of names is so bad, but i do hope to get there ). Not done much flying but i have done the dailys and also cleaned the shelves and tops of the cupboards in the kitchen they were shall we say slightly filthy :eek: . Today i will hoover and mop all the downstairs floors and s+s the bathroom , kitchen and lounge and that will be it for the week. I still havent managed to find time to reply to my penpals so will try and do that sometime today as well.x
