Yes and no... I was up fairly early, but I live on my own and have been doing this for long enough that things don't tend to get too bad!

Pigpen - hugs and prayers for DS's GF and all of you who are supporting her and giving her the love she clearly needs.

Hugs for ZCC72 - think of it as good interview practice

Evening girls what a bad few days some of you have had so a big hug to you all.

My freind came to see me today an bought her little girl for my ds to play. They had a great time we played with plasticene, glueing and sticking, fuzzy felts, catch with the ball and brumming with the cars. They went onto play mummies and daddies and my friend and i had to be the children. We had a great time with my son saying to her "i am very cross with you childrens today you have not tidied up the toys no stickers for you today"

My friend was amazed at how tidy my house was and asked me if i was pregnant and nesting!!!!!     as she arrived i was up the ladders cleaning the windows outside. NO before you ask i am not!!
I told her and my neighbour all about this site so hopefully 2 more flyers soon.
Do we get a bonus for reccomendations??:D :D

I just want to say sorry if I've upset anyone in my earlier post. I was just attempting to explain things from the POV of a depressed person in the hopes it would provide comfort to some. I do agree with Pigpen that it is possible to find the strength to carry on, I've been there many times and I'm still here.
    Sorry again.

Sorry you didn't get the job, it's really hard out there at the moment. Just a thought but what about this? http://www.tda.gov.uk/Recruit/thetrainingprocess/typesofcourse/employmentbased/rtp.aspx you can train on the job then?
Or if you are looking for work, what about a CSW at the local hospital? it us usually bank work and you can pick and choose your hours to suit a uni position if you have to go that route, but is not always regular. I know they are training again in April and I think that is countrywide, so now would be a great time to apply.

That's a great idea! I have been to a Teaching Fair in Bristol, contacted TDA and GTTR - not one has mentioned this! I will get onto schools first thing [STRIKE]tomorrow[/STRIKE]oops Monday, to see if there are any Unqualified positions available - usually difficult in Devon, as the positions are highly sought after....but fingers crossed! Thanks Flylady Flower :T

Flying update: WM emptied (still leaking) since return from friends, folded and on airer. Need to run hoover round before chilling,

    See you all tomorrow!

Going to have a major bitz tomorrow morning

A major distar has occured today (well it is to me) on Thursday I filled up my greenhouse heater and lit it, it was ok.

Today at lunchtime, I went to check it and the whole green house, everything in it, my seeds waiting to be planted is covered in soot, the heater itself looks ok, there is still paraffin in the well, the chimmney is about 1" thick with soot in it.

So tomorrow afternoon , I am going to removed the seeds out, and power wash everything that is in there.............

At a guess I didn't put the chimmney back on correctly and that has caused more air to burn................

    Hugs all round

Sorry I haven't had time for you all this week.

No apology required. I thought what you said was sensitive.
