Spybot has reported 3 problems:

Doubleclick
DSSAgent
Zango

Can anybody tell me if I should go ahead with the fix?

(Are you sure you IMMUNISED though as some of them shouldnt have been on if it was upto date)

I've 'fixed' them and it reports that it has managed to get rid of two of them.

Any tips on my next move?

ok I've done this - took a long time and it found the following:

ExecVariantC Trojan
Baracudanew Trojan
Host files Trojan
180solutionsZa
Spycar Hyjacker
Host file spyware

Shall I go ahead and remove them?

can you post the whole log - normally Combofix auto deletes.

The log will also show loading points etc...

RS evening - how do I copy the results - they are not in a log like the other scans and it won't let me copy and paste.

Is combofix Stopzilla or have I downloaded the wrong thing from the link?

Are you sure you ran Combofix and not stopzilla or something. Go to my computer>C>combofix.txt should be there open it and copy and paste the contents of it back here.
