I was kind of being sarcastic with my 'infiltrated' comment!

But, in reality, I think the majority of what is posted on here is just 'smart' shopping-ie combining points with other coupons, 342's, unlabelled clearance items etc. All go through Boots tills without a hitch (or a beep!) so there is nothing Boots are going to do about it.

Its really only 'glitches' such as 'free' GWPs on .com, or not having to meet the minimum spend, that Boots are going to be interested in rectifying. And frankly, if Boots staff are doing their job properly, they are going to spot these pretty quickly anyway.

I really dont think we need to go to great lengths to hide Boots 'grabbits' as most are 'smart' shopping and there aint nothing wrong with that!

Try clearing your cookies. Other than that, when it happened to me, I had to ring Customer Services (number on first or second post of this thread) and they cleared it for me.

Do you use FF or IE? I sometimes find that FF can cause problems, so I log off FF, olpen up IE- clear cache and then open up Boots. Don't log in, add something to your basket go to checkout, then login using the green button there. This should allow you access to your basket, and then you can remove items from your basket.

If you're basket is anything like mine, you may find you have 63 Bailey's minis, boxes of chocolates and hundreds of slim fast! Think I have a bulaemic (sp?) gremlin, lol.
