    Hi, need some advice.
I bought Harajuku fragrance (small size) last week for my DDs birthday (paid with points). I no longer have the receipt.

However I have now seen that if you buy the larger perfume you get a set of mini perfumes free. I MUST have those mini perfumes:D.

Do you think I will be able to take the small perfume back (its still in the cellophane wrapper, sealed and completely unopened) and exchange for the bigger bottle, paying the extra so that I get the gwp??

    Thanks
now has her .com delivery but doesnt know where to put it :o

Boots are usually fine about exchanging fragrance even if you don't have the receipt, after all it could be a gift and you may dislike the fragrance for example. As long as it's still in the cellophane you shouldn't have a problem, if you do then try a different branch ;)

Well, I went into Boots today and spent 6 perkies on 2 mini brush sets, 2 eye make up removers, a pack of cleansing wipes and a reduced foundation which beeped when it went through but the kind SA (who was LOVELY!!) put it through anyway! Spend about £12 and got about £40 worth of products. Then bought myself a nice meal deal (with a little lunch bag) and a cake for DH and got another perkie so bought another pack of wipes.

Add this to the three Extracts shower gels that they 'paid me' to take away earlier in the week and I'm overall a very happy bunny!!!

    Em xXx
:D Mummy to two gorgeous LO's and always in search of a bargain!!! :D

I have taken perfume back to boots for an exchange with no problems.
I had no receipt as it was a gift. All the gift sets were reduced after xmas, so I took back the individual fragrance
and swapped it for the reduced priced gift set, that had some extra body wash and cream in it.
The SA was fine about it and gave me the balance of the money owing, on a gift card, so that I could use it in the future.
Might depend on which SA serves you, but its worth a try, ( make sure you put it back in the boots bag that it came in).
If you explain that your DD really wanted the larger one, so that she could also have the mini set,
they may be more inclined to help. Good luck.:)
I saw these today and they look really cute for a teenage girl.

Hello, I have I a question similar to Sarnd's please! I need to return a moisturiser to Boots because I bought it for my Mum and she has previously had a reaction to it which I didn't know about  I no longer have the receipt, will I be allowed to exchange/ have a refund by way of AC points or a gift card?

Thank to anyone in the know!!

Boots policy is that if you have had a reaction to a boots 'own' brand item, either with or without a receipt,
they will refund your money in full. You need to stress that this is the reason for the item being returned.
Otherwise it will be at the discretion of the SA who serves you (as you have no proof of purchase)
and the item would have to be intact and sealed. HTH :).

Hi Sarnd. Saw the 30 ml bottles with the little ladies on (soo cute)
and a set with 5 different minis and brightly coloured tops in a pack.
Not sure if these will be in all stores yet. Might be worth checking though. Hope you manage to get some. HTH :)
