i'm in yorkshire, been with ebico fro a while now, even before their price reductions they worked out as cheap for me as the others, now with the reduction its even better,
the only prob i got with them is them sending me a bill out 4 one amount then when i ring up and query it they say they cant find that amount, they find a lower amount, lol,0 -

I'm currently comparing prices with other companies standard tariffs and we're up there with the Big Six, even on monthly direct debit in some regions.
You can find the actual prices for electricity by clicking here.
This is a very telling sentence. Why would its previous price have anything to do with the reduction now if there was proper competition in the market? What you seem to be saying (and the Eon reps said basically the same thing) is you've reduced your gas proportionately less than some other suppliers in order to bring it into line with the market. Why?Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
I joined Ebico last year and initially was drawn to the fact that they use actual meter readings and have one flat charge - not one of those which changes depending on whether it is night, day, monday, sunday or raining. Their customer services are a good enough reason to move to them but I recently got my quartly gas bill to find that I am £80 in credit
. I was going to see abut getting my monthly direct debit reduced but may wait until the price changes come through

We've cut the price as much as we're able to. From the initial price comparisons I've done it seems we're pretty much the cheapest gas supplier now for customers paying by prepayment meters and standard credit with an average usage, rather than being in line with other suppliers.“Official Verified Account
