There is no point in them keeping anyone waiting a year; comp prizes tend to be new items, eg the latest phone, CD etc etc so to receive it a year later is a bit stupid. I'd try and get a phone number for the office of where the prize is from, eg if it's from 02, or from Goodtoknow etc, and ask for a manager, and then explain. That woman shouldn't have been surly with you either.

Hey, can you people give me your opinion: Should I buy this or not? (I'm buying it in purple if I do, not the grey you can see)

    http://www.asos.com/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=429315

OHHHH FE i love it!... so yes u should buy it. and for ASOS thats not a bad price... (i quite like the grey colour one aswell) * runs off to find OH to demand he buy the grey one for belated valentines*

am having lots of phone arguments and problems today
As most hof u will have read previously my DD has a few medical complications... Autism being one of them, although the behaviour side of autism is controleed by her diet ( wheat free, dairy free, and FRUIT free... dont ask y fruit but its true  lol) anyway am trying to find somewhere for us to all go for lunch on mothers day with my parens my OH and DD so thought a carvery would be a good idea as DD can eat veg potatos and meat fine... rang 3 different carvery/restarant chains firstly none would take a booking for mothers day because 'they dont take sunday bookings' ( even if u have a disabled child with you who would probably not tollorate waiting) then when i explained about her alergies they said they could make no guarantees ( which i appreciate) then he wentoff to ask someone and came back to say that all the food including potatoes and veg has a butte glaze and the meat has a glaze containing wheat... so i asked if it would be possible for them to scoop just a few veggies out before putting the glaze on so DD could eat ( NOT unreasonable i think) and he point blank refused. he just said ' NO ' the i asked if i could bring in my own food for Lydia... he asked if would be a jar of baby food i said no coz she's nearly 3 and he said no then coz they dont allow u to eat food rom somewhere else on the premises!!
so look like we'll have to stay home :(
I can only please one person a day.... Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either!!

    :hello: Melvis,

Just to let you know I have just phoned BT and got the Phone anytime package for £4.95 a month that you mentioned yesterday.Dad also says thanks because hes on it too and said we should have had that a long time ago.It will be activated in 24 hours so tomorrow my cheaper calls to parents will start if and when I need them. Thanks so much from my parents and myself.
