Evening all

How is everyone? We have evil rain here and OH is at work so I had to walk into town and get the bus home from work :eek: Then paid for my week long bus ticket and have just noticed when I got home that it's ripped as I've pulled it out of the ticket machine and most of the expiry date is missing (it now says 8 MA instead of 8 MAR 09 :rotfl:) I hope I can still use it as it cost me £10 and I can't really afford another :mad:

Had a missed call off Virgin Media today ... hoping it's a prize and not a sales call :rotfl: tried calling it back and it's just an automated message

Good evening all,

Just got back from the dr - i have had my pain relief tripled - she said if i am still in as much pain when i see the neurologist next week then tell him and he will give me something even stronger.

Signed off for another four weeks.

Well, lil old lady next door is home having spent the weekend at her son's. She is looking really frail and doddery now. She has an appointment at the hospital fracture clinic tomorrow as they think she has done herself damage when she fell. She really shouldn't be living alone now but she is very independent. It's difficult to know what to do for the best. She isn't really our responsibility yet we can't help but feel responsible for her. Anyhow we will look in on her regularly and cook for her and take her to her medical appointments and maybe encourage her and her family to look at sheltered housing.

LO had another good morning at preschool, DS had a good day at school giving out all the invitations to his party, i've been running round buying presents for the hundreds (not literally but feels like it!) of birthdays that my family has this month and DH has been at work all day, came home and did some more work on the decking

So that sums up my day (no wins, again :rolleyes: ) i hope everyone else has had a good day and i hope you've all been luckier than i have
