:hello: Everyone,

What a lovely day today is,I went for an hours walk today and I got motivated by my new ipod Nano.I listened to some songs whilst walking and time just flew by,Now I can relax this afternoon knowing I have had a lot of good air.Mum and Dad will be amazed later tonight when I tell them as well.

I feel proud.

Unfortunately, not. By about a 1/4 mile! Very annoying, but they do take outside the area so we'll see.

:eek: thank you wokkies :rotfl: had a lovely morning, as i live in the city centre it was great to go to the village where everything seems so quiet & relaxed, churchyard was full of crocuses, daffoldils & snowdrops ,looked beautiful,


thinking back i don't remember seeing any of the ladies with dripping noses but you never know :eek: put me right of them :rotfl: going to give them oh first see if he says they taste funny :eek: :rotfl:

Well what a lovely day it is out there! Went for a walk at lunch time and bought some fruit from M&S coz I'm feeling lazy but wanted something healthy considering my appalling diet lately. Apparently it's 3 of my 5 a day so that's good!

Right, done my post and got rid of a few urgent emails. This afternoon I will mostly be writing my to do list for work!!
