    Hello again.

Back from my run. Did the full 10k today in 1 hour 8 mins. Was sooooo windy! Anyway, kind of happy as I did the whole distance but kind of disappointed coz it took 1 hour 8 mins (goal is 1 hour). My legs just didn't want to go any faster today!

Today is International Women's Day. Last week was National Pie Week.

Why do pies get a week and women only get a day? :rotfl:

I dont know I put n/a when it comes to job description as I dont work, dont get me wrong everyone I would love to but its a vicious circle for me thats why I always enter comps every day as I have a lot of time to spend on it,If I worked I would lose my flat, very complicated.Dad said I am better off not working,I could do voluntary work but I am not interested in that at all,its not that I am lazy though but I like to meet people and chat and seeing friends tomorrow in Hospital.I do have a great social life, but please dont think too bad of me because I cannot work ok.I just like to make people happy and I will continue to do so.

Katie don't justify urself to anyone, no-one here knows ur personal circumstances and what u do/don't do is ur business xxx

Well said toniq, thats just what i wanted to say but couldn't find the words - not very good with words me!!
  • Katie, I agree with Toni.

It's the same with me at the moment. I am trying to get a full time job. I do work in a casual job part time in events work, meaning it depends on if there is an event whether I work or not. I find I have to turn work down at times as if I go over 16 hours a week I have to stop claiming benefits and then the next week when there is no work available I have to start from scratch and apply all over again...

I hope to god this job interview tomorrow goes well.
