My friend, Rob Bush, sadly passed away two years ago today. He was involved in a motorbike crash and died instantly. Every day I miss him more than I ever thought possible. I can't imagine how his mum and dad feel.
Rob had only just bought his first house. He had recently spent thousands of pounds decorating. e had been going out with his first proper girlfriend for 6 months and had just got a new job working as an IT consultant. Life was looking so good until he had this accident.
My heart goes out to Robs family today and everyday. Death is something most of us will have to face, but you never imagine someone so young will be taken from you.
You can find information about Rob here . There is also a news article made 2 days after the crash here.
Take it easy Rob mate, Always in our thoughts.
Couldn't read without posting re this. So sorry to hear of another waste of a life, and so young, too. My younger brother buried his best mate on Monday, he was only 26 and was involved in a car crash. Life is cruel.

My wife is a dog groomer and has about 5 sets of clippers that need repair/servicing.
Does anyone know of a local person who can do this for her??
Many thanks0 -

I can recommend Mel at Hairlines in Bletchley 01908 274628. She is really good and her prices aren’t too bad. I pay around £41 for a colour, wash, cut and blow dry. Not sure how much it would be for highlights you’d have to phone and ask.
She is a really lovely girl and always remembers me when I go in. She is the first hairdresser I’ve found since moving to MK that I feel confident with something I never really managed when I used to go to Zig Zags. One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
Does anyone know where I can get vegetarian worcestershire sauce? I know there is such a thing, made by Geo Organics, but despite an extensive search, I haven't been able to locate a local outlet.
Tesco, Morrisons and Waitrose have all drawn a blank, and a search of the website for Daily Bread in Northampton reveals that they don't carry it - I wonder if anyone knows an independant outlet that stocks it?
TIAIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

May be worth giving Daily Bread a ring. They are very helpful and obliging, may be able to start stocking it.Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
A warning to those who think the speed camera in Fenny (opposite the Pink Punters) never works - it caught the woman who cut up OH and three other on the A5 roudabout as she chatted to her friend, and continued chatting right up to and past the speed camera (doing more than 30 mph!) I hope it wasn't a member of MSE......Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

This is the offical line on road closures etc. I think it is mainly the A43 which is affected.
I would guess that late morning and 3.30 for an hour or so would be best avoided. I think it has got quite slick over the last few years though, so hopefully won't be too bad.Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
