Oh God I'm going to have to stop reading this thread at work. It's just plain unprofessional to sob at your desk.

[wow rose red i love your positivity! strong as a horse sounds good to me, i have to say that finding this forum has definitley changed my outlook on how i think i can deal with things cos you dont feel like its only happening to you and your right, fit and healthy and thats all that matters.
my thoughts are with your friend. xxx]
Thanks so much DozyDee (I just can't call you dozydebtor!) I agree with you totally about the forum - also - people who appreciate life are most often people who have been through terrible times. Its the contrast between the bad and good that make us realise what we have.

Same here, my screen is going a bit bleary, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
I agree with DozyDee, my outlook has totally changed too, I've thought nothing in the past of going out every lunch-time and spending money, whereas now I'm too busy catching up on here and am hardly spending a penny! As for moaning about work/health, will never do that again, will just count my blessings am still working and am (kind of healthy), cos you never know the minute and hope we all stay strong and positive x0 -

Me too Swinstie! I genuinely ask myself now if I actually need something every time I'm in a shop which lately is only essential food shopping as I haven't been NEAR a clothes shop in over 3 weeks (big deal for me!). Plus I've become a complete MSE bore to anyone that will listen. I feel excited about saving money and I'm officially addicted to these forums. I also now totally appreciate the wonderful things I do have (family/health/friends/my LIFE) and spend a lot less time lamenting that which I don't.
