Whilst we're on confessions of the fancying kind, I quite like William Peterson (Grissom - no longer in CSI) and kind of got a thing for Hugh Laurie (in House - don't know if it's the American accent), and George Clooney, Brad Pitt, I could go on but shockingly can't think off younger guys!

OMG am totally with you on the William Peterson/Hugh Laurie in House thing. Yumorama!

Think it's the facial hair even though I have a strong dislike for beards of the bushy variety - but theirs just adds to the sexiness :D *sorry was away in a wee dream there*

    Hi Blondie!

Its so sweet of you to think of me and my friend with all that's going on in your life! everyone loves you - I, for one, wish I had a real live Blondie in my life! You have made me realise what fun it was when i used to have wonderfukl girlfriends! Now, in the country, I have owls and deer for company, but they aren't much good when it comes to talking about problems and having a laugh! My friend is doing great. Me and younghusband (how ungrammatical!) have agreed to move in with her if at any point she feels the need for someone to be with her in the house. She will go into a hospicce eventually, if she has to. HAS MARTIN POSTED ON YOUR OTHER THREAD? OH MY GOD! I must check it out.

RE men you fancy - being a grandad googler, I like Patrick off Eastenders. Younghusband gets a bit jealous when I say "Isn't he lovely! Look a his perfect teeth!" etc,

You sound much better today. As for the dry mouth, I can't think of a remedy - I get that whenever I drink alochol - its like your mouth is full of sand. A good excuse to suck Werthers originals, I would have thought. Ooops! I nearly signed with my real name - this anonimity thing is new to me.

To all the ladies who have posted on Blondie's thread going through break ups and redundnacy and troll like behaviour from your men - sending love to you all - I have been through that sh*t and you do come out the other side strong as a horse. I don't care what life throws at me now - I am fit and alive, and that's all that matters.

Oh that is so nice Rosered and oh so true, there are more downs than ups in life but the ups are so much better when they happen! My mum is forever getting on at me if I say I don't feel well (usually something trivial) and to be honest I don't have THAT much problems these days, have done but as you say, fit and alive is all that matters :D Must have missed your post about your friend, but am sending best wishes anyway :A

Hi Swinstie we are thinking the same! Re my friend - she has terminal cancer. Her husband died a couple of years ago and so did her son, so I am trying to help her out. She is still in her house and doing great. She is an example to me - live every day to the full and keep smiling (even if you have a few tearful meltdowns - don't we all)
