Mellika - I have problems sleeping too. I wake up about a million times a night and just sit with the cat. Have you ever tried Nytol, i was thinking of getting some?
I wouldn't know sweets, I was taking a low dose of antidepressants to treat the whole condition (they were then upped when I actually got depressed). They're the perk-up kind because one of my worse symptoms is severe fatigue. A sleep aid would interfere with that. I have a friend who's always looking up reviews for medicines, there's a great site for it, I'll find out for you and let you know.
Its nice and sunny here, but cold, so i might just go for a walk. Dreaming of course that im in the countryside where Rosered lives. Not quite the same walking along the Bypass with all the building yelling at you. Hmmnnn could walk to the park but full of p*sshead's and used condoms.
*sniffs around* Do I smell a meet-up coming up?

Actually, I'm a very negative person. That's something I'm working REALLY hard to change. You saying that means it's working :T

How am I coping with it.... It's got its days ;) But I won't get into that, it's material for my own diary... when I eventually start it :p

Up early, rather! :D I have a condition with many symptoms and one of them is sleep disturbances. Every once in a while it REALLY messes with my sleep patterns. So basically I went to bed at about 10pm and by 2am I was awake. Exhausted, but awake ;) When that happens I usually get on MSE and look for recipes :o

Blondie - Big hugs to you hun, hope you get to enjoy your weekend despite everything xx

Mellika - how awful for you. Sorry to have made a joke about it:o
