Is it bad that I had a Galaxy caramel egg for breakfast? I see that the obligatory bank holiday rain is back again today. Hope everyone else's weather is much nicer and that you're all having a fab easter.

And what's all this about Snow White and Rose Red? I've never heard that story

Just had a cupcake for brekkie, trouble with my house is there is cupcakes everywhere!! lol

Nope, I just had a fistful of BBQ Pringles (classy). Leftover nibbles from my little soiree last night! My two guests are still asleep in the spare room because it was 2.15am when we realised we should probably cork whichever bottle of red wine was still open and call it a night. The veggie lasagne seemed to go down well and we had my strawberry cheesecake and some Gu chocolate brownies (which we didn't touch - hoping they'll leave them behind!).

Watching Saturday Kitchen and trying to be quiet to let the Sleeping Beauties sleep on...

how we doing? So so so sleepy today- could literally do nothing all day. Might make some toast as my tummy is not happy that it's midday and it hasn't been fed!

I was so contented with my choc egg that it was 10am before I realised that I should really offer my guests some breakfast - oops.

Tilly - I don't know how you aren't the size of a house, living amongst all those cupcakes. I'm impressed you only had one for breakfast, I don't think I'd have been able to be so restrained. Off out now into town to enjoy the [STRIKE]glorious sunshine[/STRIKE] drizzle :j

Happy Easter Blondie. I hope everything is OK with you. I wonder if your little holiday has made you jump into some kind of action regarding your domestic situation? Holidays can do that. That's my guess. Whatever is happening, I hope you are ok in yourself - that's all that matters. I wonder if you got that job?

Well everyone, I have women's trouble, so am not doing much. Younghusband has been packed off to his family to have fun, as I don't want him to have a boring weekend watching me sleep and say arrrgh every couple of minutes. Hope you are all having a nice day X

Not much to say except that Ruby's dinner party sounds divine!

Sorry to hear Flo is still torturing you RR! Hope you can hole up on the sofa today with a duvet, lots of tea and some more chocolate. I DARE you to nip out and buy yourself an Easter Egg! Go on, break with convention!

The girls have left, taking the GU brownies with them which I insisted they do (go me). The willpower it took to do that is negated by the fact that I've still got about half the lasagne which I'm very likely to trough by myself later!

Am just going to chill today in prep for my party tomorrow. I love doing it but I always get really nervous that no one's going to turn up! It's not happened so far but I had a horrible anxiety dream about it last night which has rattled me a bit!

Hope everyone's having a lovely Saturday. Can't wait to hear about Eb's date! Reckon you might be right about Blondie, RR - perhaps some time out has given her the impetus to take action if she was feeling particularly unhappy. The mystery continues...
