Swinstie and Rupe - boo hiss to viruses you poor things. I hate that 'pheasants and machinery in the head' feeling of a virus. All prickly and hot. Have some soothing honey and lemon if you can and if you can't just have some chocolate. It might not help the virus but it'll cheer you up. Hope you both make it through the day.

Rosered - I'm sorry to hear you're having a tough time. I really hope you're OK and that it's nothing to do with the friend you've mentioned before. Welcome back though chick - we missed you xxx

I spent last night receiving email threats from psycho XBF. Think it might be time to go to the police but am a wuss so may well just decide to hide under my duvet instead like when I was a kid!

Sorry to hear about yet more contact from XBF. If you are quite sure you never want him back, why nottry to get a restraining (non- molestation) order - it will make him realise you are serious. I believe its a civil order, not a criminal one, but you have to go thru CAB or a solicitor. If there is no implied threat in his contact with you, it may be harder to get one than if there were implied threat. (God, I sound like a solicitor). You could always think about it. Meanwhile, I would keep a record of all emails, any texts or if he is hanging about looking for you.

Regarding what I have been dealing with - no, its not my terminally ill friend - she is doing ok in herself - thanks so much for asking.

Ruby - I think you should seriously look into a restraingin order or something.....have you told his family what he's doing?? They may be able to help him in some way.

Rosie - Sorry to hear you've been having a rough time of it, if you need someone to chat to you can pm me, I'm a good listener, also the sympathetic noises are a speciality of mine:D:D on the upside glad to hear your friend is doing ok:D

Those who are poorly sick, if you do have honey and lemon splash some whisky in it...works wonders:D Also chocolate is a must, I'm sure it has medicinal properties:p

Ruby your ex is winding ME up and I've never met him! He needs to stop emailing when he says he will! I agree with Rosey you need to do something drastic, it seems he won't take no for an answer and that is just creepy. Be strong and show him you're boss!

I have no biscuits again today but I do have Apple shoe laces :rotfl:I'm such a child!!

Hi all,

My internet at home has crashed so will have to try again tonight to post some before and after photos of my hair.

Ruby - I think now is the time to take some action, either speak to the CAB or maybe call his parents and ask them to talk to him!!! I once had to call an ex's parents when he owed me £500 and I had not received it, told them if they didnt get him to give it back to me I would take him to the small claim courts. Got a cheque through the post a week later.

Rosey - Hope your ok, watching Mary Popins whilst eating a mountain of chocolate always makes me feel less stressed..... I love to sing along (very very bad voice) to a spoon full of sugur......

Ebs - I love shoe laces, especially the strawberry ones.

Princess - Well done you georgous young thing, teh footballers will be tripping over themselves to date you. Post the link I would def send a text for you.

Its my Birthday on Monday, im going to be 27.......... it feels very bad being 27, in debt and living back at home........ by 28 things had better be better..... living in my detached house, with my personal hair dresser and stylist on hand and lots of shoes and handbags in my walk in wardrobe.
