    Afternoon Ladies,

Yeah Blondie, come on put us out our misery!

I'm kind of busy but about to go on strike cos it is soooo cold in here today, a little bit of sunshine and the air conditioning gets put on, come on the heating *shivers as she types*.

I have had two day hangovers where I have thought 'that's it, my time is up', or if they do another remake (have they done one) of The Exorcist, I could play the part no probs. Hope feeling better Princess!

Anyone good at packing for holidays? Three week hol, 20Kg luggage (not for a wee while yet but I like to get prepared), and always take far too much even for weekends away. Tried the travel forum, but looking for more ideas :D

    Hi redstaranie!

  • Hello all!

Fingers crossed Blondie has the job....... if she does, can she get me one?!

I went abroad for 2 months once and could only have 1 suitcase
My Mum gave me those vacuum pack bag things...you put all your clothes in then roll them up and the air gets squeezed out and everything fits in loads easier :) but that doesn't really help with the weight issue does it :o

I also have a 2 day hangover :( went out on Saturday night and didn't get in 'til 4am, was at work by 9am and had to start work at 6am this morning! I'm nodding to sleep at my desk.

Are you a shoe-a-holic??? it's usually shoes that weigh me down(have to take most of mine coz 'you never know') now I take flipflops/ballerina shoes for every occasion, they're loads lighter and take up less room so you can take more;) and wear my trainers while travelling
MNI Catherine used my suggestion of vacuum packs, great minds and all that............must be something in the name:D:D

Thanks MNICatherine, have thought of those vacuum packed things, my only problem is I have so many clothes/footwear I always seem to want to bring everything, I need to pare it down loads. I can see me trolling the internet... will do that whilst waiting on Blondie news :D
