Barry will sort out the extension. But if you mean your starting afresh ~ id recommend GOOGLEMAIL (Just google it)
It is having a few problems of late but its the only time Ive ever had any so still recommend it.
It also has built in SPAM features, checks attachments for viruses, 7.3 gig (And counting) of storage and has the best 'search' facility I know of.
Another great feature is using the BOOKMARKS of google toolbar which means you can sign in and have access to your bookmarks on ANY computer

    Open Office 3.0 is available

That might sort out the problem (Which is that .doc files etc created in different formats create problems as ive recently found out)

Unfortunately because you followed ERIK's advice yesterday to remove IncrediMail from your system, because he thought that is was BAD, you have now lost the functionality of easily opening attached files.

If you want your e-mails to behave as they did before, you will need to configure an alternative e-mail client e.g. Thunderbird here or Outlook Express/Windows Mail which you should have on your system

You were using the same Virgin e-mail yesterday before you un-installed IncrediMail but now you do not have an e-mail client configured to replace it. Until you do set one up again, it will not work as effortlessly as it did before. ERIK admitted yesterday that he did not know anything about IncrediMail, apart from he had heard that it was bad.
