Good idea, redsquirrel, I'd probably pick a couple of definite lent items so if you have an unhealthy snack or two that never do anyone any harm, then you can still feel like you're on Lent.
Lenny - Majorly sucks about the car, my bro-in-law is always having problems with his. But he does a skill swap with the local mechanic (Matt's a carpenter) and they have a good thing going. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I don't think you need the chargers for mobiles when you sell them, at least I hope not as I have one I am selling and I don't have the foggiest where the charger is! lol
I've not said I am yet!
It says on the guide on here that the phone has to be sent in charged but not with the charger. I may have a friend with this model. I can find loads of chargers but not the right one!0 -

Awwww *hugs* Lenny, aren't you in the armed forces? I'm sure there are lots of people who need some sort of hard labour done. I joined a couple of skill swap sites once and listed my skills as proof reading and the like.
BIL is gonna kill me coz I called him a carpenter, he told me off last time, he's a cabinent maker aparently - who is building a workshop in the back garden, that makes you a carpenter, boy!Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Bookie, glad you're coming to Manchester!
Today I will be:
1, hoovering upstairs & down
2, doing 2 loads of laundry & ironing
3, cleaning bathroom
4, moving chest of drawers in bedroom
Errrr, I'm sure I'll be adding to this list as the day goes on
...Linda xx
EDIT: By the the way, I'm giving up lent for lent! It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
