Maz you run club tonight? I can't remember whether you're still going on a wednesday

yes i am running tonight, lovely day here.... dreading club as it is a 1 mile long slow incline tonight, then downhill for 1 mile then 3 short sharp hills up and back... bleeding killer!!!!

Worried about when i'm going to fit my weekend run in, programme says 3.5miles so might have to do that on friday afternoon, after i get hairdo, which seems a bit silly! Plus i want to buy some nice new togs for Manchester.. well a pair of jeans anyway and New Look is very near my hairdressers so won't take long......
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

  • Righteho, back from the cab, they said that work can't withhold my money owed unless it says so in my contract......my contract says to refer to the staff handbook. I did and it says that they may do, so I have a number for the employment tribunal people up here if they do. So it's a waiting game till friday.
Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

I'm already planning on leaving at 6am, so probably not!!

We're are flirting with the idea of running in manchester (another reason why you should come!!) but i cannae really see us pulling it off! lol!!!

Friday afternoon is looking best.... i just don't want to deviate from the plan cause it's being done at runclub so there's no scope to push it back a week....

20 minute walk on the plan for sunday, sure i'll manage that while me n beanielou go find our breakfast somewhere in manchester! not paying hotel brekkie prices!

  • That's really carp blackruby, Is there a company policy that outlines the circumstances in which they can do that?
    Who do you work for?
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
