Thanks for that I have been looking for those addresses.

No worries :o I needed them myself a couple of weeks back and remembered it was a Lloyds thread so i trawled through, we should have a sticky for addresses really so we can all find them when we need to.

We use to have one with relevant addresses on and was looking for it yesterday but could not find it. Was sure it was on the front of one of the Discussion threads. If anybody out there knows where they are please help.

Thanks Caseyface I'll use copy statement address. What are your dealings with Lloyds. I'm also about to send the letter to request list of charges for mine and OH's C/C. They told us to write to the address in Brighton.
I agree it would be handy if we had a sticky with all addresses.

I sent my first letter off to them about 3 weeks or so ago and have received the we are looking into your complaint response so now it's a waiting game to see what they say before the 8 weeks is up.....i know it's not going to be easy judging by everyone elses dealings with them. My is for mis-sold ppi though, i'm going down the charges route when all this is over with which i will need to send a SAR, it's definitely worth fighting for.

    Keep us posted :D

This is a standard fob off letter. I would send in a complaint to the FOS.

If you need any help give us a shout

    Good luck

  • Lloyds have just had a bit of a telling off from the FOS regarding PPI claims.

Lloyds reject nearly 90% of claims yet the FOS uphold (in the customers favour) between 90%-100% of these rejections, Lloyds would appear to be the worst one for trying to fob you off, i think these figures show dont give up.

    Hi Kaiseroze

Glad they had their wrists slapped, mine went as far as the FOS, where they still tried to deny mis selling, even though I was an homemaker when they added ppi at the time.
They are not the easiest of the lot to deal with, and I did also add a post about all the rejections by themselves and they are supposed to be the worst out of them all.
    Thanks for posting this.;)
