And my e music downloads don't work any more! I never even got to listen to them!

As to your OH's job situation, it sounds complicated as there seem to be other companies within the 'group' and it may appear that 'restructuring' is taking place. they have to have chosen people using selection criteria. Whether you can ask what the criteria is I am not sure....however ACAS should be able to help. When I lost my job I had legal protection on my house insurance and they put me in touch with an employment solicitor.

If you want to send me a pm with details of OH's kind of work I might be able to help as my OH is in IT!

Ah sammy it sounds fantastic...maybe when DH gets a new job I will treat myself to a weekend away too

I posted query about DH on another board and they basically said its reasonable for another staff member to pick up DH's duties. Also as he has been there under a year he doesn't have a leg to stand on unless. Still think I will get him to give Acas a call tomorrow to get defininative answer.

Buffy thats a shuffle....plug it into the computer and it should install itself. Go to itunes and download the software....

I've got a scuffle too, I love itunes, don't have any problems with it!

Copy some .MP3s to it using windows explorer. Then unplug it (use windows safe-removal thingy), and then try it.
