    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Hi y'all....I feel like I've been through the carwash...:D

    I have been massaged, sunshowered, snow caved, battered to death by jet streams (had a colonic with that one too!) and come home to my tea made...

    The massage was great and has managed to unstiffen my calf muscles, I was walking a bit like john wayne earlier on.

    Sally, you would have loved the running weekend, there were two people there who are doing the marathon this year.

    As to your OH's job situation, it sounds complicated as there seem to be other companies within the 'group' and it may appear that 'restructuring' is taking place. they have to have chosen people using selection criteria. Whether you can ask what the criteria is I am not sure....however ACAS should be able to help. When I lost my job I had legal protection on my house insurance and they put me in touch with an employment solicitor.

    If you want to send me a pm with details of OH's kind of work I might be able to help as my OH is in IT!

    I got an Mp3 Player sort of free in the post! (paid 5.25 postage bit steep but hey ho) but I can't download any music to it !
