Received the following email which ebay have confirmed is a scam

    Yeah, I got that one a couple of weeks back and posted on here.

    It's a bit more misleading than the 'account suspended' ones as it appeals to the old ego!!
    I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.
  • I just got an email form "Ebay Inc" telling me that someone has been using my account fraudulently and could I please follow this link. I did follow the link and logged in, but then it asked for my credit card details including PIN number. I'm not silly enough to fall for that one, but will they be able to access my ebay account now?

    Tust me to get an email like that when have only just woken up (night shifts) and brain not in gear. ::) Am only glad that I was awake enough to catch on to the credit card details bit!

    Have phoned my mum to warn her too.
