Sorry - the oops was because I meant to post on another board but I posted it on here instead! Nothing exciting, infact, here's a more interesting story...

I was getting ready for bed and forgot to close the curtains properly. A passing jumbo jet pilot got a glimse and went into freefall, however, my DS, who has super powers..he's the original cornflake boy, put on his undies outside his PJ's and flew to the rescue...panic over.

Now which story to you prefer!:rotfl:

HHK anyone? Starting at 9:05 Sorry for late notice, join me if you can. Am drooling over K Mccloud

    Evening ladies

Lost the will to fly any more today but tomorrow is another day.

SS huge hugs hun, my Mum suffers from dreadful Chillblain and the doctors talked about the syndrone. Since wearing 2 pairs of socks at all times this winter she has not suffered once. You can get really thin but warm silk under socks and gloves which are great. Good luck for tomorrow.

    Evening

Busy busy day at work - didnt even have time to open the thread let alone try and read it  .

Had frantic phone call at work from DD at 10 past 8 telling me that all clean knickers were too small  :rotfl: like I could do anything then.

Finished work and went for B12 injection and back just in time to hand car over to DH so he could go to work tonight. (He has 8 days of night shifts so the only time I will see him is at the weekend before he goes to bed and then I'm at work Sunday afternoon!)

After docs then took DD to buy new knicks and a quick trip round Mr M - £27 and all I went in for was milk  .

Home for tea - well I had a cuppa and a pack of Reeses cups :o while DD had salad.

Then spent an hour or more looking for a pair of work trousers I had lost. Searched the floordrobe and the 4 trolley bags that are the wardrobe. All wash baskets emptied but couldnt find them. Gave up and came in here to print off todays list and found them on the floor under a pile of clothes for the tip  .

    Plan is now
    • print list
    • quick bite to eat
    • S/S kitchen & D/room
    • Make lunches for tomorrow
    • load WM
    • bathroom
    • update then bed

I am knee deep in laminating! Don't think I'm going to get the bedroom done tonight but guess it is worth a bit of work tonight as I managed to get lots of things done whilst at home today. I need new glasses as my prescription has changed but not too much, could get away with not getting new ones but i have had these for over 2 years and quite fancy some more!

I also thought it was sad about Ivan Cameron and I know a family with a daughter in a similar position so I know how hard it is. I did think of you froddy.

Half hoping DH will keep studying for a bit as I've a couple more bits to get done! I'm thinking of turning our heating on. I have moved the thermostat down to about 16 but it hasn't even clicked on yet. Seems silly to have it even coming on!

ETA: hugs for SarahS and DD

Haven't seen Julie today have we?
