SS - (((Hugs))) one of my friends has Raynaud's, and says thick socks and sheepskin slippers/boots are great. Also Gingko Biloba, which is supposedly good for circulation, but she doesn't know if you can feed it to kids!

Now... do I need to eat before I go to bed, or is it too late? I've had porridge, bean soup and bombay mix today... must cut the bombay mix out, as I don't think it's doing me any good :o

The worry is whether she's got an underlying cause.....

  • SSsupergirl what size feet is she??

emily I am really sorry to hear of your depression but very pleased you have been to the doctor - take all the help thats offered - it doesnt need to be forever just until you get back on your feet. I hope you feel the benefit of your weekend away - enjoy it and try to relax.

polly you are never evil - just not happy at present - gentle hugs for old lady woof!

greenbee bombay mix is def not doing you any good - good job you live alone though!!! are you feeling any better yet?

I have now decluttered my quota of emails for today and now going to do my coffee and hw bottles at the same time.

    toots xx

ETA funfairprincess - remember what I said about the lists - If you dont have something on the list then it gets deleted - e.g. clean out pets - well if no pets no cleaning out done - delete!
the same applies to you here - you dont have 100 things so delete! Its not that you are not doing it its that you physically dont have them so you cant! Excellent upbringing you have had - very thrifty!!! xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
