Now I understand perfectly, thank you :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Mudbath, It wasn't me asking about the caravan, but it does sound lovely, just make sure it has not got any damp in it, as there is a thread some where on the board about someone who bought a caravan, and the damp has got into the soft furnishing and caused them no end of problems and extra costs to get it sorted. Where is the first trip to??

  • I've just managed level 1 today, as I had to do a lot of her other stuff. Better than nothing though, and I did some decluttering.

Ooops, sorry Kazwookie...my brain is still mush! As far as we can tell it's got no damp but we're getting a warantee with it so that will help if there's a problem.

Carlsbergal..just do what you can and don't stress about it. Something is better than nothing and your health is more important. I hope you sort it soon xx

LL - I remember the boredom soooooooo well!! The time really does fly though. Can't believe mine will be 3 months next week...scary! Take is slow though!

Well, one of the boys who came here tried the old...'I don't like that' at teatime. I very sweetly took it off him then gave all the others a nice chocolate cake each. I love being evil...they never learn with me. Told him he could have his cake when he ate something else so he asked for his dinner back. Sweet little dear!

Can't wait until 6 O'clock and they all go home. I've decided I'm a lot less tolerate since my operation. Must try to smile and not snarl at them. HHC 530 until 6 anyone? xx
  • hello again flyers!!!

well my day went a bit pear shaped but in a nice way for a change - i was just about to go off to town when a lovely friend phoned to say she was in town and would I like to meet her and go for an early lunch - as she hasnt been very well with depression I was delighted she felt up to being out and so we went to Dobbies nad had a lovely lunch and a chat bfore she went home!

so I then went and did my errands and came back - was half way though doing this post when I lost my internet connection but I managed to save all the stars that I had updated and my tabs so just had to wait for pc to reboot and here I am again - a bit off a pain but inbetween times I put my nieces and nephew's school photos in their frames so thats another job off my long list!

havent done anything in the kitchen yet!!
Mudbath glad to hear your first day back has gone well - take it easy tonight now!
xx_Jo_xx HHS is studying and HHP is planning(used by the teachers among us!)
As some one (mozzy I think it was ) said ETA officially stands for estimated time of arrival but on the forums is stands for 'edited to add' - you will find odd HH's crop up as we invent them but the 'official' ones are what are listed on post one! Valli and I were going to do HHK (knitting!)
Great about the stardrops - did I give you the link for the thread - will post it again just in case anybody else hasnt seen it -here (ooh I did my first link!!)

AnW's Mum pick me up off the floor..........I dont believe it...............IRONING.............!!!!!!!!!.....are you feeling oK??? LOL well done you my lovely friend -Iam very proud of you and I hadnt forgotten the challenge - I will be doing it again this year too!!
michelle we miss you too honey!!! how lovely to see you and hear your news - wow next week and sam goes to nursery - hope that gives you a wee breather to get organised for going back to work - you sound like you have been very busy re-orhanising your kitchen - its great to have proper places to put stuff isnt it!
rach great news about the tax coding you should get a reabte or be paying less for a while - good job your DH is on the ball!! he deserves a hug for that!!
fiesty fairy the others have told you where to find the lists on post one POST 2 has the list of all the flyers and POST3 is this week's star chart which I keep - you get a star when you have completed all 3 levels of the list on whatever day you do it! HTH

watch you dont go overdoing it until you are 100% over your chest infection!

I think I will have to revise my Pm's if things are confusing people.
LOL, I wonder in an average week how many posts there are that say exactly the same thing! We are a helpful lot aren't we!
yes honey we try to be. Its also another reason that we try not to chat because there are a lot of people joining and asking questions so if we keep the chat down the newcomers can see answers to their questions without having to trawl through pages!IYSWIM! Hope you are feeling a bit better after a more leisurely day and you have sorted out the damp stuff. Maybe you overdid it yesterday.
pollybear :rotfl: have to laugh at DD's easy answer - if only it was that simple! Hope you feel better soon -do you know what has caused it or has it crept up on you - are you worried about something - sorry dont mean to be nosey - just concerned!
davgirl oooooooooooh a new sofa - hope you like it now you have it in place.
lil_mehope the assignment is going well - is it today it needs to be in? glad the LL agreed about the trees and the drive
fedupandskint sorry to hear the toe is broken - take it easy until it heals a bit
dusty you have done loads and loads over the weeks so dont beat yourself up honey - I know the 'want it all done now' feeling I get that too - give it a day or too and you will be back on form - how about some gardening to cheer yourself up!
mummy2mygirls not long to go until baby apperas - dont be overdoing it - are you all prepared.
carlsbergal you had better post more than once a week or you will be in trouble my girl!!! while I was cleaning the chrome bits in my bathroom yesterday I wondered how your chrome elbow was behaving :rotfl: :rotfl: sorry but its true - I am sorry to hear about the arthritis - lots of people swear by glucosamine and chrondrotin(sp) I think are the 2 - its worth googling treatment of arthritis and see whats suggested - maybe there's a thread? it must be hell for you - but you can earn the stars bewteen you and Dh thats what a few do! take care of yourself and (hugs) re your lovely son and Dad - hip replacements are so straightforward dont be down - he will notice a huge difference afterwards.
pigpen well done getting on with the next assignment - the other one only needs tweeking so it shouldnt take you long to sort it - by the looks of your list your cleaner did a good job?????
