Quick update from me, sorry I didn't get back sooner I have been resting, eating dinner and watching t.v.

Seen the Dr and she has said it is my CFS playing up and basically I should have listened to my body a few days ago when I very nearly had an accident in my car while coming home from a friends in the afternoon. I sort of had a wave of tiredness and only realised when I saw the middle of the road to my left side of the car. I had to pull over and rest for a while, then drive home with the heater on full blast cold and the window wide open.

I've got to rest and not do anything too strenuous..grr!! She did paint a grim picture and said if I don't listen to my body and rest then I could end up with the whole of my left side numb right down to the leg. And yes that did scare me as well as scared DH too.

At the moment I am feeling very vague, foggy headed and the arm is numb. So I am going to finish this post and go to bed for the night. Tomorrow is another day..

Thank you everyone for the concerns and the nagging to see the Dr, without you all I wouldn't have done it and probably would have ended up doing more harm than good.

Hello fellow CFS sufferer, if you ever want to swop ideas on what helps or just have a good moan please feel free to PM me. (Helps to know that your not imagining it or being a hypochondriac IYSWIM):A

The Teacher is someone i knew growing up, a lot of the staff are parents of people i went to school with and some of the children are children of people i went to school with. The school is in my home town so i suppose i should have thought about it.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
Alright, I'm quitting for the night. I'm exhausted and I've answered all I can of unit 1 - I need to sort out the "praise rewards and sanctions" policy tomorrow to answer the last question. I have no idea what to take for my lunch - I'm guessing a bag of salad, a yoghurt and erm... fall out? I could go the canteen or shop but that would mean spending money... :o

    My list :
    • [strike]Laundry x [/strike] I lost count of how many but its ALL done :p:j Minimal ironing to do as well :D
    • [strike]Dishes[/strike] Enough done that we had tea and we can have brekkie tomorrow. I'll have to do some tomorrow night as well...
    • NVQ :
      • Unit 1 - Knowledge x 3 / statement for 1.3 - Pending 1 policy which I need to check in school tomorrow as I need to include it and the statement. I can see me being best friends with the photocopier again tomorrow
      • Unit 2 - Knowledge x 2 / Statements
      • Unit 3 - Knowledge x 24 / statements
      • Unit 4 - Knowledge x 10 / Statements
      • Unit 5 - Knowledge x 13 / Statements
      • Unit 9 - Knowledge x 10 / Statements
    • Write list of policies I still need to get from school... :o They're in the middle of changing some of them so I need to see if I can even get copies of some of them. I can see me blagging alot of this at this rate
Right, bed time... but I need to throw some stuff in a bag for me to take in with me tomorrow.... where has the night gone?

Oh and BTW 'cause I've only just remembered:
    Spent = NOTHING :D
Wasted food = NONE (was going to throw out wine & nearly a litre of LL milk thats on the turn but I'll use the milk to make scones - even DD ate all her tea :D )
