  • Hi, no flying done today as fell down stairs yesterday and VERY SORE:eek:. Will try to do just level one if possible.
Oooh, my sympathys - I did that last friday week - slid all the way down on my backside... not fun especially as the client was at the bottom of the stairs, I actually laughed at the time, but it killed after about 10 minutes and still hurts when I sit down (driving at the moment is really bad, it's so uncomfortable...) Hope you feel better soon... :A

    Hellooooo to you all

Just a quick visit to let you all know I'm still in the land of the living after my disastrous last 2 weeks flying.

Have not even looked into fred since Thursday as have been away in the caravan until this afternoon and it was [strike]relaxing[/strike] (I wish)eventful to say the least!!! I thought caravanning was about throwing a few things in a bag and just going, so wasnt it like that here  .

Pleased to report that I think I have a tad more motivation (DS is home :D ) but cant tackle the list as still have everything from Carrie dumped in the dining room, washing up to do from tea, lunches to make for tomorrow and my credit card to pay.

Have noticed from this page that you've bought your van Mudbath - what did you decide on in the end.

Hellsbells - take it easy, you'll be sore for a few days, might even need a sick note :D

vivw - nice to see you back again, hope things improve

Boddy - hope mum is well, GnB hope DD is improving and to anyone else who has poorly peeps or poorly themselves, massive healing vibes sent your way.

To everyone else who needs a hug - :grouphug:

Pigpen - thank you once again for the list. This week I WILL do some of it

Right offski for now. Hopefully back tomorrow night

    Kaz x

Quick update from me, sorry I didn't get back sooner I have been resting, eating dinner and watching t.v.

Seen the Dr and she has said it is my CFS playing up and basically I should have listened to my body a few days ago when I very nearly had an accident in my car while coming home from a friends in the afternoon. I sort of had a wave of tiredness and only realised when I saw the middle of the road to my left side of the car. I had to pull over and rest for a while, then drive home with the heater on full blast cold and the window wide open.

I've got to rest and not do anything too strenuous..grr!! She did paint a grim picture and said if I don't listen to my body and rest then I could end up with the whole of my left side numb right down to the leg. And yes that did scare me as well as scared DH too.

At the moment I am feeling very vague, foggy headed and the arm is numb. So I am going to finish this post and go to bed for the night. Tomorrow is another day..

Thank you everyone for the concerns and the nagging to see the Dr, without you all I wouldn't have done it and probably would have ended up doing more harm than good.
