I'm pretty sure there's a way to invoke it yourself; maybe you could have a look in the advanced options if you have it installed.

OMG! The superantispyware is still scanning but at last count, it had detected 780 threats!!!

You might have guessed from my signature that I am addicted to competitions so I can usually be found on the comps forums

I'm presuming it's because I'm forever clicking in and out of websites

And it's STILL scanning!:eek:

Tracking cookies 'usually' arnt anything to worry about. But clearly you have some nasty infection of some kind.

After SAS has finished try to give us some idea of the type of things its deleted ~
MYWEBSEARCH for example

then ~

Download SPYBOT (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION' ~ make sure TEA TIMER is UNTICKED on installation)

UPDATE and IMMUNISE (Make sure it reads ZERO unprotected) and SCAN

Okay, scanning has finished and it's detected 783 items adware tracking, do I select, quarantine and remove these? It's not giving me a long list like the malwarebyte but just one line stating the detected items

There is a button there to "view scanner log" but if I click on that will I lose the option to remove items??

quarantine the cookies. Did you run a FULL scan as requested? (im thinking you ran a quick one instead)

I did a FULL scan, took nearly 50 minutes :eek: When you say quarantine, do you mean click to quanrantine and remove them?
