I spent the weekend in London with the family and spent approx £30 in starbucks on Saturday. I did not receive a card and have only just read this thread, I thought I would call the customer care team and enquire. The nice lady explianed that I may not have been given a card as the staff didn't recognise me as a regular and offered to pop one in the post for me.0

Well done!
My local still has loads left behind the counter. I went in for my free coffee today and their filter machine was broken. They happily made me an americano and I happily drank it:D0 -
Popped into my starbucks today told a small fib I said I had received an email from them inviting me to go in and collect a Estima card for free coffee, he reached straight under the counter to get one so I asked for another one for DH and was handed 2 no questions asked. We sat straight one to have one I
agree with a previous poster leave room for plenty of milk! it's not the nicest coffee I've ever had but as it's free I am determined not to let DH drag me to our regular coffee shop and spend £6. Thanks OP:jAKA: PC
...
Rest in Peace Fred the Maddest Muppet in Heaven

I was busy all day yesterday and unable to pick up my coffee until 9 pm last night ... realised that I would be wired all night if I drank the coffee, so after a few sips I put it in the refrigerator and I am happily drinking my iced coffee this morning for breakfast. I used to have an electric coffee maker and would ice the leftovers and perhaps Estima coffee is better cold?
I :heart2: Waitrose0
