I had ten delivered today. Really pleased with the size of them, as they were a little bigger than I was expecting.
Had two for Sunday lunch, we need two as were a big family and I've got eight in the freezer.:T0 -
Glad that everyone who wanted them got a few - I cooked all 3 of mine in roasting bags with a bit of lemon in side. the meat fell off the bones - hey were delish! Had oe for the roast dinner today - got the 2 1/2 in the fridge will get them sorted in the morning - Curry tomoorow night though mmm - Tempted to go back in the morning and try and get another few.No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

I bought 2 yesterday (thanks to this thread!) and we had one today - it was lovely!
I would love to be able to afford organic but as I was made redundant at the end of Jan - it is not to be. I haven't been paid since the end of December as company went into administration, the administrators have lost my claim form for wages, redundancy money for the Insolvency service, and Jobseekers are still processing my claim, so I don't know when I will next be getting any money.
All ethics go out of the window now, and if I can feed our family on a £2 chicken - I will!!0 -
Was in Tesco's earlier and they had a load of market value chicken, I'm guessing because everyone is down asda's getting their bargain chicken, so look out for these being reduced in the next couple of days as they are not selling....0

They had reduced these chickens to a £1 in my local asda today!!! so i grabbed 3 of them, they didnt go out of date untill 26th either, but had to be sold by 23rd!!! excellent!!0
