Been a while since i posted on here, nice to see its going well for you, have you managed to negotiate the removal of that neutral Soo?

The confirm shipment thing is like second nature to me having done that on Play for the past 6 months, it kinda helps with my my organisation a bit, as pendings from days ago will now be at the top when they go through, rather than pages back

So, how good a ranking is 189,878? Don't understand these. There's a book that can't be bought from amazon atm and USA sellers are selling way over the RRP. Always suspicious about the USA sellers though, do they ever make any sales? Just wondering what to price mine at.

    Thanks.

189878 is a fair ranking. I would be suspicious of the US seller though as they are often completely unrealistic so look on bookfinder and see if their pricing looks about right.

The buyer apologised and said she hadn't realised Amazon sold second hand books but she still felt she was mislead, so although she is sorry she won't remove the rating.

It didn't seem to affect mys ales at first as I got a rush of 5* feedback in so showed as 99% again and was having my best month ever. It has completely died now again though, no sales for 2 days.

Totally agree about US sellers, in fact, I don't usually take any notice about their pricing as it seems totally unrealistic.

    Thanks for advice.

Yeah i know the feeling, had a few feedbacks that were unjustified, my first feedback was a neutral for lost in post, and i've only just got myself upto 99% again. Been a quieter week here too, did notice though the other day i'm now a buy with 1 click merchant when i look at my listings.

Is anyone else having trouble deleting items? If I tick to remove an item then go to another page it restores the item! This could lead to big problems.

I am going on holiday tomorrow and have an item pending from 6th June. I asked for Amazon to help me and got a rubbish response about them not knowing when it will clear. All I want is for them to cancel it or promise to remove negative if it clears while I am away. I want to go on holiday with peace of mind that my 100% rating is not going to be ruined just because of something which is out of my control!

I hate this new never ending pending saga especially as if it does clear you will be expected to have posted it the day before. Apparently unless the buyer has read their email properly they might think they have actually paid and that a selller is slow to ship!

I had one the other day, it was pending for just over 3 days and then came through with a requirement to post it by close of business that same day, even though it was around 7pm in the evening.

Its bl00dy ridiculous isn't it - someone is not doing their job properly at Amazon!

Now I am going to have to check my email every day and then ring my mum to post out the thing when it clears

Also make sure if it does go live that you let the buyer know it isn't yur fault it was delayed.
