My landlord is creepy, ever since I moved in nearly 2 years ago, he constantly flirts with me. Recently he has got into a bad habit of knocking on my door to speak to me about the bathroom, coming in before I get to the door and then closing it behind him. He makes me very, very uncomfortable and I don't like this room invasion thing. Not sure how to broach the subject diplomatically though. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

I think I will, Sammy, leaving out the creepy part obviously. He wont be around again till monday thankfully, give me enough time to fully sort out what to say.
I've heard so much bad stuff about Npower, Numpty, it's unbelievable, about them personally and about the Cobra group which they hire to go out door to door and sign people up.Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. BR, can you install a safety chain/bar on the door, so he cant come in uninvited? Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I have a lock on my door, I never use it though, will have to start. He comes over every morning in the week around half 10 and does the bathroom for a couple of hours, then comes down to talk to me about it. So when he comes over, will have to lock my door. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Blackruby I would tell him how uncomfortable you fell when he just lets himself in.
You've got to establish some boundaries.
Maybe tell him when you have someone else with you.
Can you place something heavy behind the door so you are not fitting a chain which he may claim has damaged the property but at least prevents him form coming in without your consent?
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
