I know a fair bit about iMall Brands Ltd because I am the General Manager of the Motorhome Rental division. Thank you Wescome for your helpful contribution of all of our international calling numbers that can be found on any of our 600 car and Motorhome booking websites around the world. Further information on our company can be found at our comporate website imallbrands.com . iMall brands Ltd are a New Zealand based online travel agency and currently complete thousands of bookings for rental Cars, Motorhomes, Cruises, Boat and Yacht Charters.
Further to this contact details for our reservations department should be easily found on the booking paperwork and accompanying paperwork sent to every customer who places a booking for a car or motorhome. I would urge our customers to read this paperwork to find our contact details if they have any questions. You will also find all of the relevant payment terms and cancellation terms that may apply in the event of a rental subsequently being cancelled by a customer after it has been brokered by our team and confirmed with our numerous suppliers (vehicle owners / renters) on your behalf.
Further to this the same terms and conditions must be read by customers during the booking process. In fact we go as far as to add a compulsory tick box that must be ticked by the customer to say that they have opened read, understood and agree to not only the vehicle owner / renter's terms and conditions but also the payment terms. But if there are any questions or confusions any of our customers have about any part of their reservation with us call us on the numbers or email in the early post . We do not want any of our customers to be confused in anyway and as such present all information relating to a rental and associated payment as clear as we possibly can.
Shocked 24 - I would suggest that you or your friend stop letting someone else use your credit card and also read terms and conditions ahead of placing bookings for rental vehicles or purchasing any other goods or services in person or via the Internet. I would also strongly suggest that if you have not already, contact our reservations team and cancel your booking in writing. The closer a Motorhome or Camper booking gets to travel dates the more likely you are to face stiffer cancellation fees imposed by the vehicle owners / renters. A "No Show" will generally result in our company or vehicle suppliers / owners chasing the customer concerned for 100% of the total cost of the rental. Depending on the company you will lose lesser amounts further out from your travel date. We will regularly correspond with credit card companies to also prove validity of our charges or cancellation charges we need to recoup in the unfortunate event of a booking being cancelled for whatever reason. We haven't completed very many Camper bookings with a pick up in Strasbourg so it should be pretty easy for us to find this exact booking and have a good look at it.

I have had used this company recently and have found them to be very good .
I made a booking that was confirmed to me , but then realised due to sons GCSE exams I needed to change it .. But made a mistake on the web and actually clicked to cancel it .. A quick email to them
europe@imallbookings.com and they advised it was ok . so reset the dates , and waited , a very helpful person called Michelle there mailed me to say they were chasing it up for me , and the following day it was all sorted .
No problems from my end thats for sure .

I have had to replace bank cards and credit cards for various reasons and NO the previous credit card # that was replaced is no good and automatic debits will NOT roll over to the new card.YorkshireBoy wrote: »Just to finish your sentence off...0 -
