O2 Access now a complete mare. Over the past week any p2p or newsgroup downloads are sitting at below dialup and its consistent. So glad I'm over the 12 month contract. Avoid unless you can get LLU0

For users not wanting to use those protocols (which chew up loads of bandwidth unless hobbled as O2 seem to be doing now from what you've said) then the shaping is good news because it may well make surfing, emailing, gaming, voip, etc. all viable again which they certainly weren't on Access before.0
