dont think you will be able to do that with the dsi as i believe they have made it hackerproof (seemingly) and region locked dsi games

They said this about the DS lite when it originally came out.
How many R4/TTDS cards have been made?
Sooner or later a hack will be issued.

Backups are exactly like a normal game but stored on a memory card, you cant trade them in though ;)

Google NDS roms and you'll be pointing in the right direction.

Also, the battery life is reportedly worse by a couple of hours, presumably due to the slightly larger screen.

Full game versions and I havent had any crash, 1 or 2 dont work but there are patches available for them.

You wont wreck you DS as nothing on the DS changes, you dont have to chip it or change firmware or anything.

I've got about 100 games (backups ;)) on my card and all work flawlessly, you can save as you would in a normal game and the R4 has built in cheats for some games too.

Its great to be able to take your DS out and not have to carry around lots of carts.
