Thanks for the answer, but after checking, thats how I did email them. I've even gone through my spam folder to check any reply hasn't gone there but nothing. Will wait till Monday and try again, but after reading here how customer concious they are, to say I'm very disappointed thus far, particularly as they've had my money for 3 weeks, doesn't describe quite how I feel.

Ordered 6p.m last night and just had an e-mail to say order has been packed and is ready for collection by courier!!! Impressed by speed, so obviously up to date on orders.

Placed My 2nd order recently as I was so pleased with my 1st order. I ordered with the free juice code for apple juice, didn't get it dispite adding it to basket spending over £20 (£45 in fact) and using the code.

Had scented items packed with biscuits and crisps and had a few items out of stock. So was a bit dissapointed to say the least.

They did refund items missing after it was pointed out, and they have now after ebing asked again given me a discount code for my next order thanks fully.

My only grouch is the packing and the missing products really other wise I can't really fault their service, but these 2 areas need definate improvement. Stock needs updating on the web site . THings that 'made' me place and order like the pringles tubs were the things that didn't arrive :-(

Hopefully their new site will sort these things out.
Can't be easy going from a fairly simple cash and carry site info website to something that is obviously massive and not designed to deal with as many customers as they've now got.

Things can be taken down off the site, I guess manually (as well as things being marked as 0 of x available). But in that case why are there things such as the free bars still on the main front page when it's been updated at least twice since they ran out?

I think with the forthcoming changes it will be a lot better and certainly easier to keep on top of things, especially with the new deals coming in.
Maybe an alert when new things are added?

just wondering if anyone has tried this site? www.foodbargains.co.uk any feedback appreciated. Look s a little more organised, updated. Semms to have slightly more of a selection too. Although you have to be careful what you buy don't you. Some budget brands from aldi or value supermarket brands would still be cheaper, but I'm finding for kids lunch boxes eg. the frutini fruit peices from Approved food, are great. And things I would buy purly for conveinience but would pay the supermarket price like tubs of juice etc are good buys.

Recieved my order this morning,again in under 48 hours. I only got 1 jelly not 1 tray, e-mailed them at 10.39 Rachael replied at 11.46 to say she had spoken to the pickers and organised my refund. 1 hr 7 mins and it was sorted. The descripton on the pick sheet is so long that it cuts off before it states 1 tray so the pickers were only picking 1. Upsy x

I received my order today too, mainly chocolate, coffee and fruit juices. Very well packed with no damages, excellent service.
