Can anyone help me with a few delivery questions. Do you get to choose when they will deliver, or is there a set day that you can expect delivery. Can you ask for a specific time?

Hmm, and none of the emails I have sent have got through. It just says the mailbox is full. Rachael has offered me 10% off my next order as there was something missing from the last one but I can't get my email through to let her know the new order number. Hope they get it sorted soon.

I haven't had any emails. Now I'm feeling left out! :rolleyes:

You can't ask for a specific day or time but the delivery is usually within a couple of days of the order. You should get email alerts from either DHL or the alternative courier telling you your order has been despatched and then you know it will arrive the following day. HTH
