Wookie the last time a parcel of mine said 'Sheffield Service centre' for days it was still in the warehouse and was apparently 'lost'. It might be worthwhile e-mailing AF and finding out the actual status of the parcel. It has also been known for parcels to get badly damaged and be returned to the warehouse as they can't guarantee you will get all your goods if the parcel has broken open and the contents spilled out.
At least if you go with DHL you have some kind of tracking and dispatch e-mail, there is nothing like that with the alternate courier, it's just all a big suprise! :p

Thanks, have e-mailed AF and they are on the case. It has crossed my mind that DHL have used the parcel like a football. Still showing Sheffield service centre, fingers crossed Dan and the team will sort it......:o

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the prices quoted are not necessarily what you get charged???? I mean for example the box of skittles says 54 for £3 and when you put it in the cart it shows as £3 but when you go through checkout this increases to £3.24.

Initially I couldn't understand why the total from google checkout was higher than the figure given for the basket list but when I checked individual items it was because several of the X amount for £1.00 or similar type deals were being charged @ £1.20 or not round numbers as per the skittles.

Wondered if anyone else experienced this, as it's a bit disconcerting when you don't actually know what you will have to pay!

This has happened to me on occasion but if you email Dan and let him know, they will refund you the difference. :D

Ive just had 25 bottles of the skimmed milk. Very tasty & creamy and a bargain at 33p a litre. I think its about 70p a litre in tesco. This & another huge box of goodies delivered for only 7.50 so a bargain!

    Many thanks

I placed an order 8:30pm on weds (29th) with the alternative courier and it arrived 11:15am friday (1st). SO FAST! Well packed too this time, but I'm not sure I'm going to bother again as I keep thinking as things are reasonable I'll try things I wouldn't normally and so far have been very non-plussed with the things we've tried and not happy with the substitutions either, so I think we are wasting too much.

You could try emailing but they seem to be putting the effort into getting the goods out at the moment and don't seem to be responding to emails.
