I did notice some crazy variations in weight for exactly the same sized items, such as two different flavours of the same product showing totally different weights. I reckon that my box was underweight in the end by well over 3 kilos, not including the out-of-stock items, it isn't because the huge tins of german sausage had lots of extra packaging either, there was nothing at all wrapped around mine! Adding 2 kilos to the actual weight doesn't seem right, that was 2/5 of the weight of the product added on for no apparent reason. I was a bit annoyed about it, that was extra kilos I could have had in goods! :eek:

Just tried to phone them to ask if I could have an order delivered to another address and it went straight to answerphone then told me the mail box is full.

Wondered if anybody else had actually spoken to them in the last couple of days?

I had an email response from them on Thursday. Rachael said they had had a temp in, but she hadn't managed to respond to all their messages.

Yep, everything is okay. Managed to get hold of Dan and apparently Rachael was off for a couple of weeks and the new guy was stuggling a bit so there's been some catching up to do.

Dan's going to sort out the full phone mail box thingy!

Oh, and yes I can order and have it sent somewhere else!

Sorry to have been so silent recently, but there are big, big changes going on here at AF - all for the better, I can assure you.
As you'll see, the new stock is finally appearing on the website and there's lots more to come. We're confident that our service will be even better than before in the very near future.
I'll update you fully once we're "over the change".

Thanks for posting Dan! My last order was extremely fast even though I placed it later in the evening, it arrived well-packed just three days later. The packing was really much better than last time, no squashed items and no broken drinks, good luck with the changes you are making and well done! :beer:

Just had a quick peek and there are (were at the last count) 12 pages of new stuff!!!!

I just looked too and it's not all new stuff unfortunately. Some of it is just old stuff with new prices.

As in 'new' in the last ten days. They haven't been loading anything on ... and the liquorice is cheaper than the last time ...:p
