What do you mean "I don't like BB anyway" and "I am not happy with their service"?

You have presumably signed up to a 12 month minimum contract and they a provided you with their service, so I think that you will need to think again and make friends!

    ;)

I was told by NTL  last week that you have a 7 days cooling off period in case you change your mind, so i would have though all were the same so as long as you do it within that time you should be able to cancel whether its a 12 month contract or not

You may be able to cancel but they have enabled your line for BB, so you may have to pay them the activation charge. If you were to move to another BB provider, that would be OK but as you say that you don't like BB anyway, someone will have to pay this activation charge!

i do like bb but not BT BB
  • I am a BT Broadband customer and I use their wireless router. I had some problems setting up and their customer service, whilst a little challenged in the knowledge department (I finally figured out the problem myself) was always there 24 hours to at least talk me through some options.

Admittedly, it took me about a month or so to get to the stage where I was happy with my connection and when I complained to BT about the time it took, they gave me 2 months rental FOC.

So whilst they have their problems at least they accept the responsibility. And since the original hiccups, the service and line has been without fault.

Try posting your problems here and perhaps we can assist. My problem was something so darned obvious it was embarassing when I finally sorted it (and BT didn't even suggest it)
