Well that was a fun doctors visit lol She's not impressed with the mail from my HR department... so she's now doing them a letter asking them to give me another proper assessment at work to assess the risk, she wants them to do a proper information request with my permission and she will state that I can go in one maybe two days a week to the office, however NO long journeys. That should cover the "networking" requirements that my boss has stated and I have given suggested solutions to all 3 of the currently planned face to face meetings I have with clients.
So I will pick that letter up tomorrow morning from the surgery hopefully and see what work say - if they are still being adverse then I am to call her and she will sign me off sick. She's also referring me to the physio as my back and hips are getting worse and the co-codamol isn't helping enough.
So feeling a little positive againNo doubt HR and work will squash that feeling tomorrow but at least it will put me in a lot stronger position for holding my ground IF I need to - I really am trying to give them solutions to all the obstacles they have come up with...
Off out tonight - just over to see friends but it will be nice to get away from thinking about work and this hassle...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Hi my partner and i just found out that we gonna have a baby in October, we are supposed to be getting married in August and we also we're moving house in March, so.... as we are doing the 3 most stressful things in the same year... where do we get a medal?? lol
just kidding
so anybody able to tell us where we can get a baby station with a bath in it?, i have hunted ebay but cant really see the right type. any help would be much appreciated.
Its my first baby so i want everything to be perfect, my partner allready has a daughter and i am her adopted daddy but this is my first time there since birth so as you can imagine i will be worrying a Lil bit.unless everything is perfect. So i have always wondered, if you strangle a Smurf, what colour would it go?????
:T Anybody happen to know the answer drop me a message.:T0 -
Hi all,
Just a quickie. I'm off out tonight so will read and update properly laterHope everyone is okay!
I got my AFP results back this morning. My age risk for Down's is 1:1,300 but my personal risk is 1:150,000! The Spina Bifida result says 46The midwife who signed the letter has written "low risk" next to it, so I'm not at all worried, I just wondered what it mean - 46 whats or 46 out of what?! To be honest, I wasn't expecting a SB result, just the Down's one.
Thanks if anyone can explain!Back later xx

Congrats roo, welcome to the gang...
Elle, at least you got a result... I just got a letter telling me I am low risk, no figures or anything...
Tine, hope work are decent with you and stop playing silly beggars!
Everyone else... I forgot what you said...
I just moved the dishwasher and put it where the washing machine used to be... Wanted to do it years ago but couldn't get the washer waste pipe off so gave up lol... Now the old washer has gone, it was easy enough to do although I have put a big tear in the lino... Trying to decide if it's worth an insurance claim with £100 excess... Might ask at the carpet shop when we go for the bedroom carpet... Never liked the poxy lino anywayA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
