  • Ooo - there's lots of scans at the moment! Good Luck everybody!

Feelie - we didn't do birthing postions or breathing or anything like that - ours were all about choice and understanding your body...isn't it funny how different areas do things so differently?

  • Hi Lanz - is this your first?

How is the diabetes thing going? What does it mean in terms of what you can or can't do day to day.

Be warned - these guys talk about chocolate and ice-cream a lot!!

    I pop back and everyone's b00gered off!!

Just to say I got a free teddy with one of my orders from one online company - sorry I can't for the life of me think which one - I was just putting things straight in Bubbas room and the teddy looked a bit raggedy (has been through the washer) so I gave it a bit of a pull and the eye came out

As I say, I can't remember where it came from but just a reminder ladies to have a good old pull and push at all your baby's toys to make sure that they are safe.

    Now - what for lunch???
I 2nd this!! I've got a tigger "flopsie" to return that has a seam coming apart and a "on baby's christening" teddy that I had to hid for the same reason and Chris is banned from having anything with longish fur as he eats it

Chris n me have just had a Greggs sausage roll and shared a chicken mayo sarnie (partly because Chris dropped the last bit of his trying to open the front door while it was still locked ) We were quite dissapointed because we popped into pets at home to see the bunnies and they only had one very lovely but lonely looking "2nd hand" one :( lots of winnie gigs tho and M&S had plenty Welsh Cakes in :j yummy!!! I'll be filling up on those later!:o

Its an NCT class, and at the first one, we highlighted what things we wanted to cover, so its quite a personal and tailored thing! I won't have OH with me though, so I'm worried I'll end up on the floor and not able to get up!

How are you feeling? Still busy, busy, busy?

Talking of free teddies, I need to post off for a Sugar Puffs Monster toy.

  • I am still full of pains but it is not getting worse. Have scrubbed the other half of the kitchen floor and have sorted loads of stuff out. Now lunch is done and I have talked my PHD student to death I am off to find more things to do...such as the bathroom.

My theory is that nobody ever says 'I was sat there on my !!!! all day and my labour started...' so if I want my labour to start I need to be doing something that it can really start on IYSWIM...

*...ponders mowing the lawn...that would be a good story...*

Sugar Puffs ingredients - Wheat, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Honey, Glucose Syrup, Molasses and vitamins.

Not the most healthy of breakfasts is it! Nice though.
