morning!
i never stopped eating dippy egg, i craved egg since day one and have eaten at least 6 a week to myself, i put it down to my body needing protien cos i dont eat a lot of meat! havent listened to a lot of the food rules tbh, its the rebel in me! in fact i'm already looking forward to a lovely bacon and runny egg sandwich for my lunch
still no babywent for a looooooong walk on the beach yesterday cos it was nice and sunny, followed by spicy chicken, raspberry leaf tea and some rumpy pumpy, its all rubbish none of it works! going to beg midwife to do something tomorrow when i see her, my back is in agony now and bump measured 45 weeks at last count  its all water though apparantly so they're in no hurry to rush things along for me!
wonder if MFD is un-pregnated yet??
No such luch emlou - bizarrely Bubba has moved up  His head must still be firmly engaged (it's been stuck in my pelvis for a month now) but he is now lying straight up my body with his legs all bunched at the top - my bump looks upside down!!
My whole bump feels bruised though. Partially because Bubba's movements have been so violent and partly because hubby had a nightmare and hit us as he jumped out of bed in the night  There were loads of plants in the room apparently!!
Measuring 45 weeks!!!! OMG, you must be huge! I have been measuring 41 weeks + for a while now but they say mine is all baby  Actually the only useful thing that the midwife yesterday did was give me some straight talking about how he feels like a big baby and that I need to be prepared for anything.
Only 2 more wake-ups to eviction day :j
MFD xxx
PS - I am so glad that all the exercise and curries and sex and pineapple and RLT isn't working for you either!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Morning
I really need a sausage sandwich now, and I have eggs and bacon too....all I need is someone to make it for me now, I am aching everywhere.
Dh has made me promise to lay off the DIY today, and the most strenuous activity i'm allowed to do is hoover!! Although most of the jobs I attempted went wrong yesterday and I ended up in bed crying, dh came home from uni early to comfort me:o
Ds1 has a friend coming over today, but ds2 had one over last week so I couldn't really say no:rolleyes:
ML - I can't believe you went skiing at 7-8wks pregnant, I don't think I could have done that!! but then again I was completely paranoid throughout the first half of this pregnancy of mc. I was so laid back with the other two though.
Midwife today...if she measures me and tries to send me up to the DAU (for being too big), can I refuse to go??
Mel xUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Morning all, got 15 mins before work so thought I'd catch up. No MFD so fingers crossed!
Skintchick, it's more than possible it took you 6 days to get pregenant after the 'event' and at the end of the day the baby will only come when it wants to, the head circumference is quite a good indication. Also being breech is nothing to worry about as bubs will be spinning around for many weeks to come yet. Glad it all went well.
Sorry your not feeling well S.M. X
Stubborm bubs Emlou, take care.XToo many children, too little time!!!0 -
And with that you appear MFD. XXXToo many children, too little time!!!0

Mel - at this stage I would refuse if they tried to send me (at your stage I mean!)
Morning tara!
If anyone is after a bouncy chair check this one out:

Why pay £60 for one with gimmicks when you can pay £9 for a perfectly decent one?please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
I know, I know, I can't really explain why I've been so relaxed about it, maybe because I didn't really believe there was anything in there!! (the scan has cured me of that one!) I've also had no sickness or excessive tiredness so felt fit and well - got a stinking cold out there though
I had to say though am not a very good skiier so was not hurtling down black runs at top speed. I also did some more gentle things like snow shoeing, walking and toboganning, which are good exercise but not so risky. I only had one bad fall, but didn't get any pains or anything. Just figured it was well enough padded under my ample frame and skiwear :rolleyes:MFW Challenge member no. 96 - on hold!
Girl Cub due 14th September0 -
MFD i spent £40 on bubs but thats only coz i wanted a certain type of frame ... i wanted one like i had for DD she loved hers and im hoping hes the same x

i reckon i've technically lost fat since being pregnant which is nice cos i put a pair of pre-preg jeans on the other day and the legs were a bit baggy which was nice, i was expecting them to not go over my knees!!Mummy to
